Hooded men claiming to be part of the “DZ Mafia” deny any involvement in the threats against the mayor of Alès. On July 16, the mayor received an envelope containing two 9mm bullets and threatening graffiti signed “DZ NG.” He has since been evacuated from his home by the RAID following a new alert, which has not yet been confirmed.
